I’m (Tam) Methachai Ngamneramitdee, a UX/UI designer based in Tāmaki Makaurau, New Zealand. I’ve recently completed my Bachelor of Interaction Design at Auckland University of Technology.

I’m currently working as a freelance designer, doing both UX and graphic design.

I enjoy the process of crafting and making things that are aesthetically designed to serve a purpose. Design, for me, is not merely about making “pretty” things, but about creating work that truly aligns with a product’s purpose and functionality. Considering clients’ needs and genuinely empathising with them are more important to me than my personal design preferences. I especially enjoy explaining the story behind each project and the process it takes to reach the final outcome.

I’m originally from Thailand! I enjoy exploring different cultures, whether through media such as video games, music, or my favourite being films. I watch a blend of Asian and Western cinema - I even have a Letterboxd :) -. My top three are The Grand Budapest Hotel, Memories of Murder, and The Godfather Part II. As you can probably tell, I LOVE great storytelling, and it strongly influences how I approach design.
